- Every 3, 6 or 12 months we will report formally on your portfolio’s performance and review your position to keep you on track towards reaching your investment goals;
- Once a year we will review your risk insurance and income needs;
- Once a year we will review your cash flow and budgetary position to ensure your saving and expenditure continues to meet your regular requirements and compliments your investment portfolio in meeting your goals and objectives;
- Once a year we will review your gearing or borrowing levels to ensure they are packaged in the most flexible, tax and cost efficient manner possible;
- You will have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view your consolidated portfolio, updated product information and market updates through the My Net Wealth®; section of our website;
- Every 3 months we will send you a copy of The Count Report, an 8-page newsletter containing informative investment information, including features on tax, superannuation and government policy changes and how they can affect you;
- You will receive complimentary tickets to all our investment seminars held during the year (usual cost is $35 per head);
- Every year we will review your tax position in relation to your investments;
- You will have unlimited telephone access to the financial planning team at Tony Tilenni & Associates to discuss any areas of concern regarding your portfolio.
At all times you retain absolute discretion over all your investments and we will not implement any changes unless they have been fully discussed and agreed to by you.
