	Helen Tasker Financial Planner Helen has been an employee of Tony Tilenni & Associates since 2000 and from 2003 onwards has been within the Financial Planning Industry. Helen successfully completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in 2007 and proceeded to become an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Ltd. Helen assists in giving advice to clients to help them achieve their retirement / investment goals. Away from work, Helen studies Japanese, enjoys motorbike riding and participating in various community projects.

	Nick Phillips Tax Manager Nick was appointed as a Director at Tony Tilenni & Associates in October 2009. He has over 15 years experience in advising clients in areas including accounting, direct taxation, indirect taxation, tax planning and general business advice. Nick holds a Certificate of Public Practice, is a registered tax agent and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia.

	Freda Crucitti Freda has been a member of the team since 2004. Over the years her duties have been varied and diverse. They have involved: the development of the website, practice management, recruitment and selection of employees, meeting the requirements to establish Access Finance Partners, and aged debtors. Freda also has a number of roles within the community that she is involved with: Member of the RACWA Council Member of the National Road Safety Council Chairperson of Therapy Focus Inc. She is an active citizen with participation in a range of working groups within government departments and not-for-profit organizations. She was the first female to hold the position of President of the RACWA (2005-2007) and the Australian Automobile Association (2008-2010). Freda is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Honorary Life Member of the RACWA.

	Tony Tilenni FTIA, CPA (FPS) Tony has been a qualified Accountant and Taxation Agent since 1981. In 1997, Tony recognised the need to provide a total financial service to his clients and became an Authorised Representative of Count Wealth Accountants, Australia's largest independently owned network of accountants specialising in wealth advice. "There is no point legally minimising clients taxation liabilities if you cannot assist them to protect and build their wealth." In 2001, Tony received an Award of Excellence in recognition for his outstanding achievements in providing professional financial planning advice to Australians. To reach this milestone, Tony became a Count ‘Star’ – an adviser in the Count Top 50 advisers in Australia. The practise continues to be recognised annually as one of the TOP 50 COUNT advisors in Australia. In 2002, as an existing specialist in financial planning, CPA Australia granted it's newly created CPA (FPS) status to Tony, in recognition of his work in this field. Apart from Tony’s involvement with the practice since 1986, he has served on the Presidium of the International DanceSport Federation (IDSF), which is recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) . In 2001, the Year of the Volunteer, individual Presidium Members received Diplomas from the IOC in recognition of their efforts. Tony was elected as Treasurer of IDSF in 2007 and re-appointed to the position in 2010.
